I would talk to your doctor or an OB/GYN, this sounds as tho it may be endometrosis. I experienced similar pain, it turned out to be a severe case of Endometrosis. Prior to going to your doctor, note down when it happens (time of Menstrual cycle, time of day, what activities you are doing when it happens, etc.) this can help the doctor determine what is going on. I had that symptom and found out I had endometriosis.
