I was supposed to get my period last thursday, and i have really bad PMS/PMT i feel sooooo depressed, i just cant do anything. I'm 15 so it might be hormones or something but is there anything i can take to make my mood improve?

If this is a regular thing, you can talk to your doctor about taking medication. SSRIs (such as prozac, etc) have been shown to reduce the symptoms of PMS/PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder - basically severe form of PMS). You can take SSRIs either all the time, or only for the two weeks before your period when you have symptoms. To ensure that this is related to your periods, it may be helpful to chart your symptoms and menstrual cycle on a calendar and see if they coincide. If these symptoms are not cyclic, it may not be PMS but rather some other depressive disorder.

Chocolate. It is only a temporary fix, as the PMS/PMT may be worse due to a temporary drop in blood glucose levels (blood sugar), due to an increase in insulin production as part of the monthly hormonal cycle.
Long term, eat a diet that decreases insulin's reactivity (like a moderate protein diet for diabetics). Once I started getting my blood sugar problems under control (I was hypoglycemic, now diabetic), my periods were easier all around - PMS as well as cramps.
