Your Partner's parents would be either Step grandparents or Grandparents (which I like better). Your partner's daughter's child would be your grandchild and to your daughter, the child would be niece or nephew as her sibling (step) sister is the child's mother.
Congratulations on your new family, and best wishes!

exactly what they would be if they were "blood related" except they will have "step" in front of the relationship. i.e. your daughter will be your partners parents' "step granddaughter"

my children call them all grandma and grandpa, I don't know why it should be any different, all grandparents love grandchildren anyway. My in-laws except my 3 children from my first marriage as their own grandchildren. But technically they would be step-grandparents.

I don't think it is important to label everything. They will all be family by marriage and should be treated as such.
Enjoy them as a person, not a label.
Have a great life!

Just add step in front of each and that's what they all become.
