That depends on your preference. Huntington Beach is a better place to go people watching or surfing, skateboarding, etc., whereas Laguna is a better place to just relax. I prefer the atmosphere of Hungtington.

Luguna for sure... I mean if you dont mind some stuck up people then it is definitely laguna because yeah there are stuck up people but they wont bother you... they will sit there and tan or go surf but definitely laguna

ive never been to either but from the movie things in hollister and abercrombie i like laguna, its more crouded and friendly

you can't determine the quality of a beach without a reference. depends on whether you like rocks or sand more.
