i forgot to add about the women i saw my abusive husband with that he kissed and followed her behind bulidind later i read in paper she got hit by a car and passed away but still im going on with my life after i save money and get a divorce i still can't forgive him for cheating what do you think

Sounds like you have a plan, if he is abusive towards you, then keep saving the money and start looking for a new place to live, if you have to go to a domestic abuse center and get a restraining order on him, do whatever you have to and do it as quickly as possible. Are you sure he didn't have something to do with this woman being hit by that car?Maybe she threatened to tell you about her and him so he had her killed? Who knows-but be careful and get out!

You don't need to "save up" to get a divorce. You are married, any money that comes into the home is community "property" you can use half of what is in the bank accounts to get a divorce and move on with your life...obviously he has you "snowed".

absolutely. get away from him and start anew.
If you can now you should move away from him before he becomes abusive with you.
Do you have family or friends you can stay with.
He is a criminal and should be arrested.
