Call Children's and Youth Services in your area. You CAN remain anonymous if you so desire. THEY CANNOT LEGALLY tell who turned the person in anyway. It may be called by another name in your area, but the police can give you the proper number or any Hospital would have it on file too as they report suspected cases all the time. This would be faster than on the net. PLEASE HELP THE CHILD SOON. Don't let them suffer another day. Can call 24/7

Simply report it or the page to the host site like Yahoo.You can also contact your local police department with the website.Which is what I would do.
