If these thoughts are in the absence of any other bizarre behaviour or thinking, it is probably a Delusional Disorder. If these thoughts are accompanied by hallucinations, disorganized thinking and difficulty with day-to-day functioning, it is more likely to be schizophrenia. But a person with a Delusional Disorder can function fairly well and seem normal, outside the context of the delusion.

Sounds like paranoia or delusional thinking, which is indicative of a psychotic disorder, such as schizophrenia.

Paranoid Schizophrenic. Go to Psychiatrist immediately, it's treatable.
