I doubt it based on the name of the organization. The Oakland *African American* Chamber of Commerce.
Call them and find out.

of course they wouldlnl't have you because only whites have to let everyone in or they are racist. All other minority groups can have their restrictive clubs though. Now I don't know if someone was white and actually from Africa (as most black people in the US aren't) if they would be let in because after all they would be african americans. I know several real african americans (from south africa) that are white, so I guess they could get in.
