I've already tried flash... but my webhost doesnt accept xml codes or javascript. and... im having a hard time figuring out the embedded codes... if someone could help me that'd be really great. it's really important

If you want to give your websites the control to play/pause , stop , change the volume , ....etc write this line

well, first off, if ur webhost doesn't accept xml or javascript, then you should look for a new webhost. xml and javascript are critical for web now.

have you tried to post the content (that u want to play in the media player) to youtube, and then copy/paste the embedd codes (provided by youtube) into your website? i think u can do the same thing with myspace as well.

in regards to traditional embedding, take a look at what i'm doing. i embedd a quicktime player in my website to play video; my webhost is godaddy so i know they support this functionality:
