I waded into the salty sea,
Past teasing wavelets,
Where parents fret and childen frolic
Struggled past the breaking water
And arrived there, where tender waves,
Lifted me gently, only tiptoes efemerally attached to the sloping sand.
And saw the sun through eyelashes moist
With salty droplets, maybe tears.
Facing the open waters I saw
That behind me laid,
The sweet remembrances
Of lovers loved,
And the bitter hurt
Of love squandered
One more step and I am free.

Oh, I have a really really good one! I'd love to see the expression on your teacher's face if you turned this in...

To be or not to be, that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them. To die: to sleep;
No more; and by a sleep to say we end
The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to; 'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep;
To sleep; perchance to dream. Ay, there's the rub;
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come,
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause-- there's the respect
That makes calamity of so long life.

Seriously, if you can't even write one measly poem, then you might want to critically analyze Hamlet's classic emo speeches in relation to your own life.

Do you need this for some project and are poetically challenged? What exactly do you need it for? Is there a specific subject?

i stood in my own fire. the fire i had built. but had it not been for me, i would not be burning. It cooks me while i stand, but yet i do not run. for i am a survivor of the one, of the one.

Roses are red,
violets are blue,
You aren't doing your homework
so I won't do it for you.
