This is like comparing apples and oranges. You have to go with Homer just because of how long the Simpsons have been on television. While I see why people believe Peter Griffin since it is pushing the envelope higher than the Simpsons, you have to admit that to have the Simpsons on tv for so long and have Homer as funny as ever is an accomplishment that no one can deny.

out of all the seasons i have watched of simpsons and family guy you have to admit peter griffin is hella funny but homer simpson will take it all the way to the bank. he is the greatest cartoon dad ever.
