Just had a wife call me on Wednesday and asked how I know her
husband.
It was over a month we were talking on the phone and over a month emailing to each other.
She wasn't mean to me. She was very nice.
The sad part her husband made calls to me and he lives in England and he isn't working. She will be paying for the bill.
How do you like those apples.
Now, there are some females who do the same.
I ended a friendship with someone because she kept on lying to me and she just couldn't stop cheating on her boyfriend. I couldn't stand it anymore and I just never talked with her again.
So, it does work two ways now.

I HATE IT!
They are trying to impress you, and make you think a certain way about them. They seek approval.
I had a best friend like this too. She would lie about EVERYTHING!!! For no reason. And at crucial moments. (Like when we're lost in New Yourk, and she really DIDN'T know where she was going....)
So lying is my worst pet peeve. I won't associate with people who do...(sorry kel) and this is why.
Sooner or later the lies started to affect MY life. I would meet people who felt like they already know me because of a picture that's been painted of me. I am not a lie.
I don't lie either. Why waste the breath telling you lies, when I can just be real with you, and get it over with!
My boyfriend now seems like he may have had a lying problem (in the past). So I HAD to let him know this is m worst hated thing. And he is now careful... ;)

Everyone is a coward, even you and me(don't take any offense from that), but there are many reasons why, it just depends on the situation.
Here's an example:
The cool people at your school ask if you want to go over to their house for this awesome party they're having. Of course you would go and then you guys would become like B.F.F. So then you invite them to your house and they find Barbie underwear in your dresser. You freak out and you say,"Oh those are my little sister's, they must of gotten mixed up or something in the laundry." Although those are REALLY your good-luck-underwear that you've had since you were in pre-school.
Another example would be this:
This concerns the cool crew again, They ask if you want to go with them to your favorite band's concert, but on the same day you were suppose to go to your friends house for her Grandmother's birthday, so you tell the "Cool Crew"that you can go to the concert while you tell your friend that you have to go to this important meeting with you parents although you really like the "Cool Crew" better than them.
Here's the last example:
You don't do your home work and you tell your parents that you did it. The End

The thing about men, are that they are really bad at lying too. People lie for many reasons including, not facing reality, trying to hide things, trying to seem more interesting, or are just pathological!!
Some men, want to have it all, so they lie to keep a lot of things going in the works. My experience is just expect them to lie and be on the look out so that you can give them the boot!

The trouble with telling lies is that it just keeps going on and on. Pretty soon a person who constantly lies has their credability shot--with me at least. If I know men lie to me, it's bye bye. If they can't face the truth and deal with it, they are not a man in my opinion.

They're afraid of our reactions if they tell us the truth. Some men are cowards. If your man is lying to you, leave him. It will never change, and even if it's just small stuff he's lying about, who's to say what he'll lie about in the future.

People tell lies because they affraid of telling their truthness. The other reason is that they have no hearts to feel the other person's feelings. One more reason is that they are cowards to face the truth/reality/honesty.

I think they do that to avoid all the drama. It's probably not important enough to say the truth and start a fight over it, so they lie instead. Easy way out.

people lie everyday.... its natural... some lies are to protect you.... some lies are to protect them.... but behind every lie is a reason that the liar doesnt want anyone to know..... even on trivial things.
if no one can tell a lie for a day... you have no idea what will happen... chaos... i know it sounds fake but its true.....
im sorry you were lied to and it hurted you but life goes on.....
