Revolving doors at QB & coach. Take a look at my Indianapolis Colts or Chicago Bears. For all of the years of setting new trends of head coaches and/or qb changes, their records reflected that. They sucked. Look at the Bears no. Last year it was Grossman can't stay healthy. Now, it's oh, he's so erratic. Hell, he only has 2 years under his belt and a winning record. Give him time.
It takes patience and time to development consistent winners in the NFL. Teams that lose with high $$ athletes and stadium taxes rarely have patience.
Seems to me Kitna had a pretty good year and they were 'in' many games. A little patience, defensive drafting and maybe Matt Millen doesn't look like such a goat.

How can you blame the gm and only the gm. Lets see who would be his boss. Oh yea the owner. lets give him at least half of the blame. After 5 terrible seasons why would you not run millen out of town. So lets go with 50% matt millen and 50% Ford.

Matt Millen. He cant draft if it was fr his own life. they draft all the offense of stars out of college in stead of some defense stars. then they dont even do anything with the picks. thats why their bad, the draft an their gm.
