I am 5 ft. and I am very tiny-or at least overall. Then I have an unexpected blessing of size (D)'s. Should I get a reduction surgery?

In order for you to decide you need to do this:

1 - research breast reduction on the internet
2 - set up a consultation w/ 2-3 plastic surgeons, ask them questions, & decide who you feel most comfortable w/ (info@abms.org is a great site to find info & search licensed surgeons)
3 - decide if you feel comfortable getting the surgery, take into factors the positives & negatives

You should only have surgery if you've been thinking about it for years. You should not go have surgery if this is something you have just thought about, you need to be sure it's not a quick decision. If you think it will help you out - less pain, feel better about yourself, than I say go for it as long as the risks aren't too high.

That is a tough question. I am also very small but i was not blessed with the upper half that you are. If I was I'm not sure how I would feel, I think that I would prefer to have a smaller chest that would not get in my way. I would say that I wouldn't like having D's but as far as a reduction goes that is a big decision and one that only you can make.

Cosmetic surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Do it if they make you feel unfomfortable in any way. I had surgery to make mine bigger and it was worth the pain. I have friends who have had reductions and say that its not bad at all and its worth every penny. Good luck.

Well how old are you? Do they cause back pain? Are they uncomfortable? Do you have to buy huge clothes just so they fit? Talk to your doctor because you may have the same disease Soleil Moon Frye had.

It might be the best idea, you don't want back problems because of them.
