I am guessing you mean volts.
If so - depends on what opart of mouse - and the current avaiable, resistance of mouse (dry/damp etc)
110v on dry fur would perhaps not even be felt. From wet foot to diagonal wet foot might result in expired mouse.
As for watts - watt/seconds (Joules) then yes, power considerably less than 1 joule CAN trip a heart into ventricular fibrillarion - though typically somewhere between 100 and 360/400 joules can often jolt it (stop it briefly) to resume normal service.
The newer defibrillators operate on a bi-phasic system - which means about half the power can work just as well - and results in considerably less damage to the cardiac muscle.
A bit off topic towards the end but there ya go - it was all free ;)

It greatly depends on the amount of Volts, because of ohms law. (Volts/watts= amps) If the voltage is right then you will have suffencent amps to eleminate your mouse problem, however this can be very hazerdous to you and anyone who tries to clean the trap should it be left on. Remember it only takes less than half an amp to kill a person. My advise would be to use an old fasioned spring loaded trap. Because if the amps were right you could effectively make your mouse catch fire and burn your house/lab to the ground.

I heard, "it's the volts that jolts, but the mills [milli amps] that kills.
But why would you need to know how much elc will kill a mouse.

It's the "Volts" and "Amps" that kill, not wattage!
