You can actually do this in iTunes.

Firstly add all your music to iTunes

In Preferences -> Advanced -> Importing, set the format to wav

Right click on the file you want to convert and select "convert selection to wav"

In iTunes, you go into Preferences>Advanced>Importing and set the WAV format to your liking; the go back to your library, and select/highlght the song(s) you want to change; the under the Advanced menu, select "Convert to WAV"
