When I was pregnant, I developed blood clots in my leg. Well, the damage in my veins is preventing me from getting a good cardio workout. When I run, swim or ride my leg swells and is very painful. Any type of movement of my leg seems to swell it up. Most of the time, I just suck up the pain, but I am sick of being in pain. I am wearing compression stocks and it does not seem to be helping. I miss getting a good cardio workout. I have even tried the rowing machine. I do yoga and pilates, but I don't feel like those are a good enough workouts. Does anyone have any suggestions? I will try anything to get a good cardio workout.

It seems to me that you're doing all you can to stay healthy. Walking is good. Add ankle weights and take Vitamin E for blood thinning to prevent clots.
