Neither are too great Tony Romo just needs to relax and learn the game...Jeff Garcia has more professional experience. So I'll go for Garcia

Currently Jeff Garcia is better because he is hot and has experience. Tony Romo is a new QB, and will improve to be better than Garcia in a few years, as Garcia will get older. next year Jeff Garcia will be a backup again.

Tony Romo. Just because he flubbed the hold on the field goal dosn't make him a bad quater back, just a bad holder.
