Why would you want to? If you are going to tow it, you will do that with the drive wheels off the ground, won't you? Or, in the case of 4 wheel drive, with the transfer case in neutral. If you don't you will ruin the transmission. And with the key off the odometer shouldn't register, at least in the newer cars with the electronic miles indicator. Same thing if it's front wheel drive and the tires are off the ground on a tow truck or dolly, there will be no indications of miles driven. Don't worry about the speedometer.

If the driveshaft is turning the speed sensor in the transmission will pick up a signal and may record miles. Disconnect the battery or better yet make sure the drive wheels are off the ground

Its your lucky day my friend....The Honda's do not read tow miles. Tow them all you want and they will not add mileage to your odometer. If you have an automatic you will need to start the vehicle and run it threw the gears every 8 hours towing, like all automatics that can be flat towed.

there is a cable connected to the transition this cable can be temporally removed and then the speedo will not register..
the other way is to put the car on a car carrier (this is a trailer for cars) then the wheels will not be on the ground and the speedo will not register...
