How about talking with your doctor about your anxiety? He/she might be able to prescribe something for you to take while you're taking this class. Since it's something that's required, it doesn't sound like you're going to get out of school without it, so surviving seems the logical option to pursue. You might also consider talking to a counselor about the reasons why you're so anxious about this particular class; while it's probably not the most pleasant topic in the world to some people, most don't react with quite the extreme response that you're describing.
Good luck.

Your negative reaction to this class, could they be trigger by the look of knowledge you have about your own Physicality, biologically as well than chemical composition, of your Body?, if so, you should begin to study your self from a more physical point of view and make whit your own mind, your own perspectives of what you want and mentally, for your self, achieved it, the power of one begins in your own mind. Don't get out of such class, instead become a survivor, because the(survivor), are in many instances the best to carried own with more responsibilities of such subjects when they become into questions?

Well you know you should know about the human reproduction. I don't know what is making you sick when it comes to that, casue it is just a normal thing that everyone learns. now if it as bilogy well I protected againt having to dicect. It was total against my believes, so they send me to the libary during that time, and had me do special reports, and turn those in , so i did not have to dicect any thing.

I don't know, but reproduction is normal and as for STDs You might want to stay away from half of the males in your class....

Seriously, both of those units need to be discussed and reproduction is not gross its perfectly normal. You need to realize your a big girl now and you can handle dealing with things that bother you.

This is a bona fide area of secondary education.
Not everyone has a like for every subject. You MUST take it. There is no way out. My advice is to try to adjust yourself to being an adult. You will have to know certain things as an adult. Learn them for your own good. Best of luck. Don't mean to sound harsh, but you must simply "grow up," as they say.

The class has Exemptions, especially for Religious Reasons! Have your parent[s] explain to the school and suggest to them that you can select "an alternative education class".
Thanks, RR

Right. I understand it is difficult but you obviously realize you can't get out of it so it's time to toughen up and force yourself to soldier bravely through it. Not very helpful was I? You poor dear, I know this is tough for you and I extend my sympathy and best wishes!

thats easy, talk with the teacher or your parents, the class can be avoidable if your parents tell them that you cant go through with it. i would suggest that you go through with it so u can get it over with and have somthing to help you in the future. it may make you sick but its a fact of life.
