i always ask my friends to hang out or something and they always give me some stupid a$$ excuse or say they'll call me later and never do...all i do is sit at my house and boring crap like that...what do i do how can i be either less bored or how can i start getting to hang out with my friends

my friends used to do this 2 me 2. ya theyre not good friends if theyre doing this. go make a couple new friends to hang out with. those old friends of yours will probably be jealous if theyre anything like mine and be crawling back to you

Take a look at yourself...are you a needy friend? People do not like that.
Are you a tattle tail..people do not like that.
Are you a sad sack...
Try being happy.
I have one daughter that is outgoing and has lots of friends and one that is not and has but a few.
Do not try and buy your friends...just change your attitue and engery...people love to feel good around other people not pulled down.

make new friends and you can stop sitting around the house waiting on your so called friends and go out alone and have fun

if they dont want you around them then they are not your friends.You need to start doing things that interest you so that you can meet new people with similar interests.
Or alternatively,try doing stuff like watchin movies and cooking,or writing poems,reading novels etc.Stuff you can do alone.
