I am an amateur swimmer and eventually tend to push it while doing my swim programs.. I've been recently diagnosed with lateral meniscus tear.

Could swimming be the cause of such? Should i go back to the pool after sugery?

Suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Wael

This is the rare item of faith. Do you believe you be cured of
these interruptions in your blessed health. One idea is that
the strictness of studies going on has shortages in the swim
team areas. Not doubtful , I hope you are totally on safety
work when there is a chance of further damage. This tear is
one that happens from exhaustion, alcoholic trends, and bad
exercise proceedure. Swimming is a lifetime love. I believe
that you can get it back. Swimming can be a style frontier
that gets into timing, focus, and performance, make sure
you are strong before you challenge without planning. Music

I can deal with pain, but not making it worse. I also carry 50lbs of ammo...
