I don't know if the number is currently rising, but there are plans to increase the overall size of the Army and Marine Corps in the next few years. If you mean, are they coming home with foreign brides - undoubtedly there are some, but I haven't seen information that it's a widespread occurrence.

Its unlawful for a military personnel to marry a Iraqi. I wish I could because If we could I would have 19 wives right now.

No that is not true. IN fact the truth is that they are coming home but they are not marrying them. Man i can't believe you are trying to start a rumor. Our guys are great and therefore they should be commended for what they are trying to do. Anyhow they are low right now and they are trying to get more to enter. I doubt there will ever be a draft again. it was bad then and would be now.
