There was no treaty that ended World War 2.
However there was a declaration issued by the Allies.
The Potsdam Declaration or the Proclamation Defining Terms for Japanese Surrender (not to be confused with the Potsdam Agreement) was a statement issued on July 26, 1945 by Harry S Truman, Winston Churchill, and Chiang Kai-Shek which outlined the terms of surrender for Japan as agreed upon at the Potsdam Conference. The agreement stated that if Japan did not surrender, it would face "prompt and utter destruction."

WW2 wasn't ended by peace treaties. The war ended with the surrender of Germany and Japan in 1945 after they were totally defeated.
Read this Wikipedia article about the Paris Peace Treaties of 1947, but the war was already over when they were signed:

The Treaty on the Final Settlement With Respect to Germany finally (legally not militarily) ended the war in 1990 – because Germany had been split until then. Italy and other minor Axis powers had been dealt with in the Paris Peace Treaties in 1947.
