I was taking a swim at a local community pool last weekend and whilst I was swimming, this girl that I usually see there took a HUGE belly flop into the water on the deep end. When she got back up, her arms were folded across her chest and it looked like she had lost her bikini top. Anyway, I spotted it not too far away from me, grabbed it, and handed it back to her. But, when she took it, she said, "YOU SICK PERVERT!" and grabbed it and went back under the water to put it back on. Then she got out of the pool and stormed away.
I had no intention of being perverted...I was just trying to be a nice guy, but she probably thought I wanted to see her topless and put it back on. I see her there frequently, so how can I explain to her that I wasn't trying to be perverted and she's mad as hell at me?

Let it go. She was most likely embarrassed and took it out on you even though you were only trying to help.

A brat, spoiled and insecure about losing her swimming bra. I mean it's like, why even bother wearing that skipping good for nothing piece of string if it keeps coming off? After all, she put that stuff on herself. It's would be likened to someone who unintentionally flashed themselves when wearing a very sexually provocative garment----Hello, if you know it would cost your modesty, why even bother wearing it in the first place?
You obviously is a gentleman in being not only honest intentioned, but very nice as well. Some girls are like that, trust me, I'm a girl and have seen the dark side of some woman.
Partly it could be her vanity and more of her insecurity to handle herself---she is not very matured---a matured woman would have laughed it off and apologized for letting you handle a lady's garment she herself has neglected to take care of.
I suggest for ppl like her, go to isport.com and buy their terrific
O'Neill Surfer rashguard---they have beautiful colors!!!! And learn to be a lady.

Just forget about it. If you try to apologize it will just make it seem like what she thought was right. Next time, just let the girl get her own top back.

Just let this one be. She was obivously embarrassed, and the reaction she gave to you was simply because she didn't know what else to do. Next time you see her act like nothing happened, just blow it off. She just has to get over it. It was an embarassing moment and she didn't know how to handle it. You did nothing wrong.
