In general, it is considered blasphemy to inhale cigar smoke. In all honesty, the screaming is more likely to damage your voice than the occasional cigar. If you overindulge and smoke several cigars a day, then in a few years it may affect your voice. For now, however, the occaional cigar will not have any noticeable effect on your voice.
As I said, don't make it an everyday habit, as it increases the risk of oral cancer over the course of 40 years.

You certainly do have the right to not conform with nice handwriting, correct spelling and punctuation if that is the way you wish to conduct your life but you will be taken less seriously by people who know how to do all these things correctly and will only be attractive to those with the same attitude as your own - one of non-conformity and rebellion. If an educated employer is looking for workers, and has many applications to study, those things which you think are unimportant could be what will lose you the opportunity of working for that employer. Even in conversation with a few other people, the one who uses incorrect words and phrases to describe things, or to get someone else's attention, will be the one who is given the least attention. Rebellion is spotted a mile off and others (except other rebels) usually shun such people. However, when rebels get together (because no-one else wishes to be in their company) they are all then trying to be top dog and end up falling out with each other. It's a pathetic sight and not much of a life.

It's very possible to learn to sing well. You just need to know the right methods. Learn here https://tr.im/zCBUV

Singing teachers will cost money and can be expensive so they're not for everyone. Singing can be learned so it's not an "either you have it or you don't" kind of thing.

Whether you sound like crap or you're decent, I recommend this singing course. It's one of the best methods to learn to sing well in a short amount of time. It's all about using efficient techniques that work.

Yes, any smoke will hurt your voice. Smoke irritates the vocal folds. Since your are already abusing your voice by screaming, your vocal folds are getting added abuse that could lead to vocal polyps, nodules or swelling. If you value your singing, you will avoid all smoking - you already get exposure to it (I assume) by being in a smokey bar or club. Smoking and second hand smoke exposure also reduces your ability to resist infection. If you want to learn how to keep your voice healthy, consult a speech pathologist or voice instructor or find good online information such as the one I listed. Good luck.

Smoking is a way of shortening your life because of the carcinogens. It effects your singing voice by lowering it and putting extra stain on your vocal cords. (I won't comment about the screaming - no experience) Even second hand smoke can cause lung and breathing problems areas singing depends on. So will it effect - unknown, but it certainly can.

it will definintly hurt your lungs. You will take in bad smoke, and the smoke travels down into your body, spreading more bacteria. when you do it more and more, it gets worse, causing bad breath, and it affects your voice.
