how do i find private information about an individual online for free?

like, background,or pictures or whatever i can about them?

you can't find private info on a person on line for free.......even if you go to a pay site about the only thing you will find about a person by paying for it is a criminal background check....personal info is pretty hard to get if the person is not giving out info and leading a private life.
