Pluto, the Dwarf Planet, is moslty brown. Here are some links that should help.
Lukas: The IAU has voted and decided that Pluto is a Dwarf Planet, not a Planet. This is as "Official" as it's going to get. I know a lot of people aren't happy with this because Pluto is a favorite; because it's small and cute or something. But this is science, not a planetary popularity contest. Things are always being reclassified and reordered in science.

The "official" ruling about Pluto being a "proto-planet" is really not in yet. For me, it's still a planet. As to what it looks like, the best way to "see" it is to use this fantastic software called Celestia. Instead of looking at the planets (and stars) you can actually go there - virtually, of course:
http://www.shatters.net/celestia/
It's free, doesn't take long to download and there are no catches. It's almost as good as being there. Celestia uses the latest data. Right now, Pluto appears bronze/copper. There are also add-ons for the program, some with more recent data.
One famous astronomer says everyone should have Celestia. How can an astronomer be wrong?

Well, unfortunately there aren't any pictures of Pluto like the pictures we have of the Moon or Mars or anything. But if you can wait another 8 years, we'll get some good high quality pictures of the recently declassified Kuiper belt object. Just last year we sent a probe that will arrive to at Pluto in 2015. Can't wait uh.
