When it rains, the weather darkened, the temperature drops, and a psycological need of shelter and warmth creeps into your mind. If you're suffering some personal trauma or having a bad day, let's say, a cramp, or a canceled activity because of the rain, all this will make it hard for you to feel cheerful. I personally hate having exams on Rainy days------guess what you can do? Watch a comedy or get into a soothing bubble bath to ease the blues.

I actually get happy when it rains. But maybe you get sad because it's gray and cold and drab outside?

Alot of people do, try to think happy thoughts, maybe find something cheery on tv, or do something that will make you happy until the rain stops. :)
