A lot of those guys have potential but WWE won't fully utilize the m because they can't sell their products. or that thye are not buff freaks. you have got to understand WWE is about making money not good wrestling. Alot of those people are good wreslters but won't get anywhere until they sell which they can't.

They should absolutely keep William Regal, Scotty 2 hotty, Jimmy wang yang, Finlay(he helps train the wrestlers), chavo, jamie noble, val venis, super crazy because they are actually good wrestlers. WWE just don't make the most out of them. They should keep Kristal because she is mostly an interviewer and Michael Cole is a good commentator with JBL. If they fire Victoria were the hell is the women's division?!!! Victoria is the best woman wrestler right now.
Apart from the superstars I mentioned the rest might as well be released

We can do away with most of those people except the people who can actually wrestle such as: Finlay, Jimmy Wang Yang, Dave Taylor, William Regal and Victoria. Although I agree that most of the divas on SmackDown suck, cutting them would leave it a sausagefest. My idea is to either scrap ECW or call it something different. That way people wouldn't just complain that there's more WWE wrestlers than ECW wrestlers on ECW now. I would love to see TNA grow but they seriously need to stop taking shots at WWE and focus on improving their product (and budget.) WWE can pull some divas from OVW to help out the womens division on RAW (they did the same with CM Punk-ECW) and start building talent instead of rushing it like they did with Umaga, The Great Khali, and the returning Mark "World's Sweatiest Man" Henry.

this is who should be kept:
eugene- he has great talent, just a stupid gimmick that will never get him the push he deserves.
the highlanders- just so we can try 2 rebuild the tag team division
snitsky- a decent big man 4 the mid card
super crazy- a talented crusierweight who needs a push
val venis- a great talent who has never got a decent push
chavo- great wrestler, stupid gimmick and feud wit rey has hurt him in many ways
dave taylor, finlay, regal- three of the toughest in this sport
james/stevens- read the highlanders
jamie noble- read super crazy
jimmy wang yang- read super crazy or noble
mvp- he has a lot of potential. kane feud did nothing 4 either man
in ecw, keep sabu- ecw legend
sandman/tommy dreamer- same as sabu
matt stryker- he has good potential as well
the rest of the jabroni's get rid of them, now

Roddy Piper (because once his cancer treatment is complete he'll probably be back, maybe not wrestling, but he'll be back)
The Highlanders
Chavo
Finlay
and the real ECW stars (the ones who were with the ORIGINAL ECW before McMahon got his hands on it
and CM Punk

No they just need some other company to go against, like the old Monday Night Wars. TNA is no WCW. When the Monday Night Wars were going on both WWE and WCW got creative on their angles. WWE now has no challege so they are not as creative as they use to be.
btw, RVD will be going to TNA this year.
