Lack of exersize. Swimming in a captive tank, even a very large one is nothing like swimming in the ocean, with all the currents and tides.

What do you mean? like curved? well thats caused by the whale it`s self maybe it doesn`t have much space,it`s having probelms with a fellow orca.

It has something to do with their activity level and the space they are enclosed in. So not enough activity and not enough space
