Every species has evolved with the possible exception of some very simple and primitive forms of bacteria found deep underground in conditions which are probably much as they were when life first appeared.
Evolution involves change in order to adapt an organism to its environment. As just about every aspect of Earth's environment has changed since the first living things appeared then they must all have evolved to adapt to those changes.
To state that any one organism alive today is any more or less evolved than any other would be a nonsense; every living thing is adapted to its environment (and is therefore "equally evolved") otherwise it wouldn't be alive.

All organisms have evolved but I would go with a whale, they evolved from a relative of the hippo I dont know the details though.

You could actually watch the evolution of the peppered moth, but there even some naysayers about that one.
