You mean from taxes? If that is the case it depends on the amount of your refund and what you owe for child support. If you owe 1000 in child support and are getting 1000 back, then no you would not get anything back.

It depends how much you owe and if the government has you on their list for garnishment. You cannot file an injured spouse form if you are the only income. I say just let them take it and get it paid off and keep up on it then it will never happen again! If you get Earned Income Credit, its like having your child support paid for free anyway!

no it will go to the care and support of the child as it should. It takes two to make a child and it takes two incomes to support em. No matter what your circumstance that child still needs clothes food etc. Figure a way to pay your support if it is to high go back into court and ask for a reconsideration they will look at the big picture and hopefully adjust it for you. If you do not pay your support they can and will take your return.

Depends on if you owe the support or your spouse does. If you owe it, they should take your arrears out of your refund. If your spouse owes it and had no income, they cannot legally take your refund without your consent.

Not if there is a support order out there to take your income tax. The IRS will let your ex have your refund and it legal and there will be nothing you can do about it.
