Ok here's the deal I weighed in at 175 last week and here I stand at 160 this week. I have been on my same normal routine Im not really eating any less and I havn't been vigorously excersizing to get any weight off. What got me real concerned is I dropped 4 pounds between yesterday and today and I did absolutely nothing, but stay at home and relax on the couch. What do you think?

People I do not have a faulty scale its not even digital.

I also have been weighing myself when I wake up in the morning after I have used the bathroom without clothes on. I know this can be a big factor on things. I learned that when I was real young, but thanks anyway.

When you experience a weight loss that extreme you need to see a doctor. i could see a loss of 5 even 8 lbs in a week with the right exercises but with out doing anything and 4 lbs in a 24 hr period it could be something serious, go to the doctor.

Or it could be the scale. it will give you different readings if you use it on different flooring too. try another scale.

Well even if your scale is a little on the not so good side you should just pay closer attention to what it is that you have been eating and doing. Because chances are you did loose some weight. Unless some at your house is playing a cruel joke on you. Don't worry.

When there is a large increase or decrease in one weight over a very short time period and the person is not exetrmely obese this usually points at some other grave problem. Could be cancer or, thyroid issue, or fault with digestive system. If you are accurate then you need to immediatley see your dr

I know you can flexuate 5 to 10 pounds, but I don't know about 4 pounds in 1 day. Wait one more week. If it happens agin. See your doctor. Other wise give all of us your diet for the last week.

the only time you should weight yourself is when you wake up, go to the bath room and then ur weight will be accurate. also weigh ur self naked. any thing u weigh after that time doesnt matter. for about a week weigh ur self everyday after u wake up and do that.if your still not doing anything different and losing weight still call ur doctor.
