Ok here's the deal I weighed in at 175 last week and here I stand at 160 this week. I have been on my same normal routine Im not really eating any less and I havn't been vigorously excersizing to get any weight off. What got me real concerned is I dropped 4 pounds between yesterday and today and I did absolutely nothing, but stay at home and relax on the couch. What do you think?

I also have been weighing myself when I wake up in the morning after I have used the bathroom without clothes on. I know this can be a big factor on things. I learned that when I was real young, but thanks anyway.
