DON'T say anything really negative like, I've got a temper or I'm always late! - it's their offer to hang yourself - don't accept it. Of course, we all know that everybody has strengths and weaknesses - it's such a stupid question to ask a bit like what do you want to be doing in five years time!. Back to the point - you could say something like "I really enjoy working and sometimes inwardly get frustrated with people who don't share my enthusiam. Of course, I understand that not everybody is the same but hope that my enthusiasm can rub off on other people". Hope this helps - good luck at your interview. By the way, I prefer to take the view that I am interviewing them to see if I want to work for them - eases the nerves a little bit. Don't forget to ask them questions.

Try answering the question without answering the question. Say something like... This job would be the start of a new chapter for me, and I do not intend to bring past weaknesses forward into this position.

Good luck.

You should overstate a strength!

For example.. Say that sometimes your attention to detail goes on the side of perfectionism. However you are aware of this and are able to work to tight deadlines..

So not only have you identified it.. you have done something about it.. so your potential employer doesn't need to worry!!

Well around the upside, he found you. Around the downside, unless of course you're a famous rapper or worldwide cocaine dealer, never put on shades inside. It's stated the eyes would be the home windows towards the soul. With shades on, you simply draw the curtains.

Lack of attention to detail... poor command of English as a language. Inability to spell correctly. Poor attention span...

Say something that could be considered a strength like say you are a perfectionist so it may take you longer to get things done because you want to make sure that they are done right!!

Should be the truth, but your going to get more of an idea of your weaknessess by asking peopele who know you rather than sarcastic strangers.

I tend to get so wrapped up in my work that I lose track of time.

Also I can't spell too well.
