Besides fertility drugs and IVF treatment I'm afraid mother nature is the only one who can chose to give you twins. You are more likely to have twins if they run in your family, you are in the 30+ age bracket and the more children you have the more chances of having a multiple birth. I'm lucky enough to have conceived twins naturally. I do have 8 sets of twins in my family though and I was 31 when I had them. My girls are identical which are not the ones which run in the family so I guess I'm lucky that mother nature blessed me. They are jolly hard work though but I would not chance them for the world.

attempt finding on google for Tapioca recipes. This derives today from the Cassava root. Its a sprint bit greater actual obtained than the actual Cassava itself. sturdy success with the twin element. I did google it and that's reported to extend the possibility of twins, so something is worth a attempt. the probabilities of twins are greater while they are on your component to the family members too. hands crossed and Babydust to all TTC#3 (8 months)

for gods sake if you havent got any fertilly issues why would you use fertilly drugs ?

why cant you just settle for one at a time ?

and there's more chance of something going wrong with twins.

you think women use fertilly drugs to get twins ? WRONG! they use it because they want a baby, and they'll do anything they can to make it happen and the side affects are terrible.
