I sell on ebay, I sold a phone for 265 but i dont want to tell my parents that what i sold. what can i say i sold for that cost a lot like 265 but you wouoold never think it would cost that much. The only reason they need to know is because they going to ask me who gave me a money order for that much and what it was for and they know that i sell one ebay.

whos phone is it? If yours its yours to sell. If its your parents phone then that is wrong for you to sell it and shouldnt have done that in the first place. You can say you sold a dress. Like a a prom dress or something expensive. An expensive handbag you found at a thrift store or some vintage shoes you found. Or jewerly/ watch a guy got you. Or a diamond ring some old boyfriend got you.

Your becoming quite a business person. Tell your parents what you want to sell first and agree on a minimum price. If your making a profit, agree to put a portion of it in a savings account, and the rest will yours to spend. Your parents may respect your business sense and even encourage you. Just don't sneak behind their backs, they'll have a hard time ever trusting you in the future! If your mature enough to do business, be mature enough to be open with your parents.

If I were you I'd come clean with my parents.

But to answer your question, say you sold some of your old things/clothes. And then donate them to the Red Cross or something similiar. :)

If you lie to them, you'll end up paying dearly in more ways than one later! TELL THEM NOW!!!
