It just stopped playing, and won't allow me to push any buttons. Completely frozen. I've tried plugging it into the computer but it doesen't change anything?
What do I do? Maybe reset it? how?

You need to reset your ipod. Slide the Hold switch to HOLD and then back again. Then press both the Menu and Center buttons for about 6 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. That should work..hope this helped.

Hold down the center button and it will reset the ipod you should see the apple logo or flip the hold switch a lot of times

reset it using either itunes or pressing the play and middle button at the same time, this will not erase all songs

placed it into DFU mode, then restoration it on Itunes if no longer something works. to put in DFU mode, plug it in, then carry the two buttons for 10 seconds. After it shuts off, enable circulate of the suitable button, yet carry the abode button until your computing gadget recognizes it. Then circulate into Itunes and choose "restoration" on the ipod menu.

try to wiggle the hold switch and press the select button at the same time really fast. if it dosnt work go to the apple store and ask them for their advice...hope it works!!!

well you could start by taking it to the store you got it from and they could probably help but i wouldnt reset because it will erase ALL songs!!!!!

To reset it, go into iTunes and go to file and click "reset".
