im wondering if they only have ipod nano hookups or can i put a normal sized ipod video into my car stero as well?

Yes, there are literally dozens of iPod adapters available for cars. My favorite solution is the type that attaches directly to the existing radio and is made to look as if it's a CD changer to the radio. Just Google iPod adapter and your make of car. Unless you drive a Yugo or a Model T, you'll find something.

Yes it can. You can get the headophone jack to cassette tape, or you can get a FM broadcasting adapter. Also if your car has the aux input on the stero you can get a headphone to stereo cable.

You can hookup any Ipod.
