Most schools don't require psychology majors to learn a second language (unless the school has a language requirement for all students). If you are seriously considering a career in psychology, however, and if you might have an interest in working with a group that is more comfortable conversing in another language, you should try to become proficient in that specific language.

Hi, I am a Psychology major with a Spanish minor. I am pursuing my Master's in School Psychology and I want to be able to help little kids that speak Spanish as well as those that speak English. Good Luck with everything!
