Several. In addition to those mentioned: Treaty of Lisbon (Spain recognizes Portuguese sovereignty after the Portuguese Restoration War; Portugal cedes Ceuta to Spain). There are others listed at the source below (search for Spain).

It was the tordesilhas treaty. But Spain a nd Portugal Signed many many more! But the Tordesilhas one is the most famous because it was in the time of Sailing and exploring new lands, and Portugal and Spain decided that New lands found to the South of the Equator where for Portugal and North of it for Spain,,yeah yeah we where dividing the World!!!

Both of them: the treaty of Zamora and the treaty of Tordesilhas. The latter divided the world in two parts, one for Portugal and one for Spain. Then, I think there was some treaty of non-aggression during WW2, but I'm not sure.
