Based from my research, it means you were prenatally exposed to high levels of testorones/androgen (depending on the ratio). Therefore, you are predisposed of being sexuallly bent

What it skill is precisely that. . One human being's index finger will be longer than their ring finger or vice versa. only an same as one human being will be shorter than yet another human being, or some people may have higher ears than people (meant to be an indication of more suitable sexuality yet completely unfounded lol)! in my opinion i'm more suitable in contact in the nature than the actual visual attraction.

What it means is exactly that. . One person's index finger can be longer than their ring finger or vice versa. Just the same as one person can be shorter than another person, or some people can have bigger ears than other people (meant to be a sign of increased sexuality but totally unfounded lol)! Personally I'm more interested in the personality than the physical appearance.

Most likely it is genetics that determines the length of your fingers.
I did read once that having a long index finger means you are a very ambitious person. This is called a "Napoleon Index" because Napoleon supposedly had an index finger that was longer than any of his other fingers.
If you've paid attention in history class, you know how ambitious Napoleon was.
