How can I be relieved from longing my wife?

I am staying away from my wife and I keep thinking of her all the night have lost weight what should i do?

Well the first thing I half to ask is why are you staying away from your wife? What happened that would cause you to do this? Now to answer your question my advice would be to get a hobby. I know this is a common expression but it really does help a lot. Go hang out with friends/family, take a vacation, take a walk and clear your head. Also another great way to forget about daily problems is to go to work. I found it works great because not only are you too preoccupied to think but your getting paid for the extra hours at work. Then go take some of that money to the store and buy some clothes you feel really great in, whatever your style may be. This will greatly improve your self confidence helping you feel better about whatever is bothering you, giving you new insight.
