I really like Wendy Bellisimo's "Starlight" and "Sir Leapsalot" themes at Babies R Us.
Can any think of a cute mural I could have an artist paint on the walls I could do to go with either of these?
Thanks everybody!!! :)

Try having the artist make one of the designs on the sheets. Also I have found it very cute to paint your son/daughters footprints/handprints above the crib!

hi just an idea, but using the same colours as the materials used - especially the blue, you could paint a sky mural on the upper 3rd of the walls and onto the ceiling - then using the glow in the dark paint you could paint on the moon and star motif that they use - that would be cute.
inspiring words are also used in the design 'starlight' they might be nice done In a gentle script around the room maybe joined together but separated by a star or something as a border. hope this helps, maria.

I am really not familiar with these themes but if starlight has to do with the sky then I would have the whole room painted with light blue and fluffy clouds and then on the ceiling I would have the painter paint some yellow stars on the ceiling along with maybe a shooting star or comet. I seen on the show while you were out, on tlc that they painted stars on the ceiling that looked like that big dipper and little dipper , It was so cute and I think the sky theme would be great for either gender.

I would do a mural of Neutral Yellow honey bees going into a hive attached to a tree. Also you could add a brown bear at the bottom of the tree smiling up at the bees. I just think that this would go along with these, that is only if i looked at the right sets on Babies R Us

When you pick out your theme you could have the artist look at the comforter and some of the other items you get and let them draw up a picture on paper and let you see it that way if you want to change anything it wont be a big problem. Congratulations
