Google is the one that fought the government, Yahoo wasn't. Google's name was mentioned more often because they were the ones not complying with the government and became subject to a subpoena.

I could care less, they can share it with the world!! My mom always taught us never put anything in print you don't want published! If you aren't willing to pay the price for your words don't say them! And why are you attacking Yahoo when you are using their services, it's like a big rude!

That ones kinda hard, we actually had the freedom to say anything until Bush took office now that is a legitmate fear. He doesn't like what you have to say, your phone gets tapped and your a trader.
