If everything comes from something where does the first things into existence come from. How can anything exist from coming out of nothingness. If nothing exists why are we existing. If we exist how is it that we do.

The thing is, you never know if anything ever truly exists. We maybe just puppets of some other beings, or in some storybook or in someone else's dream or maybe we are just thinking too much.

Everything exists....if you disagree tell me something that doesn't.

If you say Santa Claus I'll tell you it does exist...we're talking about it...it exists as a concept....a fictional character.

When people say exist they don't typically understand that it can also just mean what you perceive, not just physically tangible things.

Are radio waves real? Is light real?

(Sure...everything is real...but everything also have a context.)

So is it superfluous to ask what's not real?...to me it is.

===========================================
But your question is a paradox because there are no "first things" if everything comes from somewhere.

If you don't get that all you need to do is ask yourself "where did the universe come from?" and you'll conclude that anything that caused it is also part of the universe...so guess what...the universe didn't begin, it always was.

Beginning and ending are human constructs...doesn't mean everything has a beginning and end just like the number 3 is a human idea...doesn't mean that planets are "3".

Existence is the very basis of the universe,so anything you see around just exists and they don't come from nothingness. If existence wouldn't exist, there would be nothingness then and we wouldn't be talking about these matters.

If you wrote that question, this proves that you exist. Existence is a fact since you and many other People are existing: you can see them, touch them and speak to them; am I right?.
Now you want to ask about the first thing that was existing before creation?. The answer is simple: call that first thing by the name GOD and now you can relax and enjoy your life in peace since you have settled everything. OK?
Why the first thing is GOD?, because by definition GOD is the creator of the universe; and if before creation there was only one thing, then logically that thing must be GOD.
Now if you are afraid of the name GOD, call that first thing by any other name i.e: allmighty-power, first energy, LORD, use your imagination.

Yes everything really exists. You and me and this world but to begin with how this came into existence is a question for which many hypothesis exists starting from big bang to god's creation.Existence is a state of mind so it is always good to believe in your mind that you exist in this world.

Wow, I'm pretty sure no one will give you an answer for this one. I have though about it many times, they say that our universe is still expanding from the big bang, and beyond it is nothingess. Very hard to wrap your mind around that. I think we are just a manifestation of all this energy around the universe, I don't really belive in religion, other then that it's a nice story to live by (maybe not all religions). In then end we will die and our energy will return back to the universe. Maybe be reused again in someone else life. We could all be in the matrix and not even know it.

It is more convenient to accept the truth that we exist and work from there. The question of how the universe began is best left up to scientists. We need to take what we have and do the best we can to live good lives and improve the lives of others.

This question makes you hit the wall, right? Seems like it can't be answered. Instead of looking at the question, look at who is asking the question. The question comes from a mind, a mind that is collection of concepts and assumptions and patterns of thinking. Could it be that these patterns and concepts and assumptions are limited? Could it be that the only questions that have answers are simply those within the framework of our concept of the world? So what to we do? I would allow the question to exhaust itself - not through rational inquiry, but in spite of it.

Nothing comes from nothing. Therefore the universe did not spawn out of nothing. The complications abound when you ask why the universe exists.
