whats wrong with you? Yes you can get married. Why couldn't you. But don't get married if you think marriage is just about sex. My god. Also you can get over premature ejaculation.

Yes, very few women marry men just for the sex, most women want a man to listen, talk to them, cuddle with, be funny ever now and then and honesty. If you have PE problems try to extend the forplay and really focus on her and pleasing her(oral& lots of touching)roam the lands with ur hands she will let you know what she likes by her moans.
