the best way would probably be minimizing industrial work, since they're the ones that are producing most of the toxic gas and polluting the ocean. Other daily things that people could do would be recycling and save some gas on the cars.

The problem of POLLUTION in a city of developing country can never have complete remedy. We should atleast keep trying in reducing pollution by making every people aware of its terrific after-effects and by taking all preventive measures. Pollution of all kinds (air, water, noise, etc) has taken enormous proportion in our modern urban mechanical society.
Our administration have been making all short-sighted plans; resulting in catastrophe in long-term scenario. Migration from small towns make cities over-populated resulting in unplanned growth. Pollution of every kind can still be taken care of, but only through long-term plannings and positive attitude towards society.

Educate the people more intensively on the evils of pollution; so much so that each person takes full responsibility on controlling pollution at his individual level first i.e.his surroundings, his house ,his officeetc. Give incentives for walking and cycling instead of using vehicles.

we got to start with the vehicles first. Catalytic converters should be mandatory in all vehicles.
Then comes the industries. They got to control the emissions. If we can control these two, 80% of our problem is solved.

we would desire to give up utilising non-renewable fossil gasoline. i could actual need to invent a CO2-independent / Non-polluting ability resource, that is used on a extensive scale and it may be very low-value in use. Many universities and ability agencies are engaged on it... i'm hoping that's going to be invented very very quickly, earlier oil runs out, earlier our nature is irreversible broken. i'm constructive although.

take the bus instead of the car, or ride your bike. It is really the best way. Recycle too. Try to re-use your stuff.
