Never, to apologize is truly and act of kindness. to be able to admit when we are wrong is a rare and gracious thing to do...and I truly believe it makes both parties feel better ,but it makes the person who is apologizing feel an accomplishment that is rarely felt my many ........luv kara

In my opinion it is only a sign of Weakness if you don`t mean it when you say it. If you only apologize to not have to deal with it anymore (whatever the subject) and to just get it out of the way, then you are a Coward.
I think that Actions speak more than words. If you make the same mistake over and over again and apologize for the same thing over and over again, than your Apology is worth not more than Dirt.

No,it's a sign of taking responsibility to right a wrong how can that be weak, Weak is not taking responsibility for your actions
