every morning I do 15 push ups and 100 sit ups! I also do at least one of my dance routines (i'm a cheerleader).
I have gym class 3 times a week for 1 hour
OnMondays and Wednesdays I have B-ball and CHeerleading and on saturdays I have B-ball games!
After school I do 10 push ups 100 situps and run a mile!

45 mins to an hour and a half 3 times a week, and if i need to blow off steam i run like hell down the street, but i never count that as exercise

Yes, everyday
Biking, Spinning, Walking, Bowflex, yoga, pilates, aerobics, tennis..I have lots and lots of choices..as long as I do one a day for 45 mintues atleast.. I remain a size 2

Next to none. Though I'm going to start here soon with walking during my half hour lunch break and Wii Sports boxing. That should help.
